The U16 boys had their second league outing of the season and it turned out to be against not only against their strongest opponents in the league but also during a weekend when a number of first team players were missing. Their valiant efforts notwithstanding, the game resulted in a loss for the boys. As has been the case throughout the friendlies, the boys started slow meaning they were three tries down within the first 15 minutes. Despite their best efforts and a commendable performance, they were only able to pull a single try back, ultimately losing 19-7. The match was also Steven Baynes' last -- thank you and goodbye, Trigger!
