Welcome to the HKU Sandy Bay RFC website.

If you're looking for a club to join in Hong Kong, then you have found the right place.

We have around 500+ junior boys and girls members (U5-U19) and 200 senior men and women members with professional coaching at most levels.

Senior Section (adults aged 19+)

At Senior level we 4 mens teams and one womens team

- HK Premiership Grand Championship winners 2019
- National League 1B - Grand Championship winners
- Community League 1B - League winners

The Senior section play and train at 7.30pm at the Aberdeen Sports Ground (100 metres walk from Ocean Park MTR) on Tuesdays & Thursdays during the season (August to March).

Junior Section (aged 4-18, boys and girls)

Mini/Youth sections play and train at the Stanley Ho Sports Centre in Pok Fu Lam on Sundays from September 4th, 2022.
Minis from 8 am-11 am,
Youth from 11 am- 2 pm

Junior section players receive coaching, guidance, and mentoring at all levels. Beginners will be well looked after with a focus on safety and enjoyment.

This section of the website is specifically for new comers to the club, whether you;

• would like to join as a player, a supporter or with any other role.
• have never played rugby or have played all your life
• whether you are aged 4 to 94

You may not prefer to simply dive in and register with the club, so we warmly welcome you or your children to attend any of our pre-season events/training or (for mini/youth) simply come along to one of the Sunday training sessions (starting Aug 28th) to give rugby a go and talk to some coaches and parents.
