1. To receive and consider the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st May 2021 together with the Directors' and Auditors' Reports thereon.

2. To appoint the directors. Members will agree/confirm the section heads as members of the board of directors, who will then agree and/or appoint the Chairman and Treasurer, and any others they deem needed

3. To re-appoint Auditors and authorise the Board of Directors to fix their remuneration.
