You are cordially invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of HKU Sandy Bay RFC Limited. This meeting will review club standing and its sports netball and rugby.

The AGM will be held on Friday May 24th at 7:00pm at Delaney's Cyberport.

The Club Chairman will give a review of the season and the following chair positions will be replaced.

- Mini Rugby Chairman Nathan Solia will step down, and new candidate(s) will be voted for.

Members will agree/confirm the section heads as members of the board of directors, who will then agree and/or appoint the Chairman and Treasurer, and any others they deem needed
