If you're looking for a community rugby club to join in Hong Kong, then you have found the right place where your children will receive professional coaching of the highest grade and reach their potential.
Why should your child play rugby...
Make new friends (for life!)
It’s a game for all
Improve physical health (and mental health as a result)
Improve Academic Results
Learn key life skills
Children who were involved with at least one sport were more likely to get better grades
suggests a study conducted by the American College of Sports Medicine.
“The lessons of leadership do transfer — how to motivate people, how to try to get people to do more than a team can do apart. You can only win in rugby if you play as a team.” Brian Moynihan CEO Bank of America (played college rugby at Brown)
The junior section players receive professional coaching, guidance, and mentoring at all levels. Beginners will be well looked after with a focus on safety and enjoyment.
