Match #1

Our first league match in 2 weeks and it was good to see the team back together again. Unfortunately Eloisa Deayton and Luca Schorr have both been injured but they showed up to support the team anyway. This is saying a lot about the U14G team spirit.

The first match of the day was vs. Stingers and we were off to a quick start with tries from Jennica Narag and Zoe Schorr followed by Kaylie Chan's first try - congratulations. A conversion by Anna Chandler, 2 tries from Samantha Wilkinson and the last try of the match by Jennica Narag. Final result 32-0.

It can be difficult to judge the performance when playing a team like the Stingers and even they didn't score against us, our defense looked at times a little unorganized. Our team did however continue the trend from the last matches with good passes and they won more or less all the rocks.
