Semi Final

The outcome of the semi finals vs Barbarians 1 would decide if Team 1 would qualify to play the Cup Finals during the 7s at HK Stadium.

The girls didn't look too nervous before the match even there was a lot on the line for them.

Jennica Narag made the first try followed by a conversion by Zoe Schorr and SB was ahead 7-0. Zoe Schorr then made a try followed by a try and conversion by Barbarians 12-7. On the sideline there were some parents getting a bit nervous but then Thiyaa Subramanian made 2 tries in a row before Jennica Narag added another one and a conversion by Anna Chandler. 29-7 and it was looking good. Barbarians added another 2 tries and a conversion but Zoe Schorr also added one try for SB and the final score was 34-19.

Overall it was a good team effort. Defensively we could have been stronger but the team did what they had to do to make it to the final.
