Coyote Match Report: Storm Pipped by a Point at Valley

It was a great turn up by Sandy Bay on Saturday with a full bench and supporters.

Appreciate the effort by everyone to come down and support the team. We played Happy Valley and unfortunately started off a little rattled with them getting a head with three tries. However in the second half storm come out fighting with more dominance in the scrums and carries, which allowed storm to start making their come back with two tries from Laura Horsfall and both converted by Adrienne Garvey.

Unfortunately with a quick, strong defensive all game by valley they held us off and we were just shy of searching for our third when the final whistle blowing and going down by 1 point 15-14.

Was a great match and made clear some great target areas we can focus on at training this week so we are ready for next weekend against tigers!
