U4s train on Sunday mornings at 8:00-8:45/9:00-9:45/9:45-10:30
This programme introduces young children from ages 2 to 4 to the fun of rugby in a safe, playful and encouraging environment via the coaches at Rugbytots. Through games, movement, and simple skill-building activities, children develop confidence, coordination, and a love for sport.
Children can join U4 as soon as they are 2 years old.
