5. Rugby Goggles

Here are the guidelines for wearing Rugby Goggles.

1. HKRU Rugby Goggles Player Declare Form (Attached)

2. Proof of player requires to wear goggles due to eye contact problem.

3. Proof of goggles is safety to play a contact sport and will not harm others.

For people that already have goggles, they can be checked out by the HKRU medical team: medical@hkrugby.com

Eyesight Hong Kong Optometry Center are also able to sign off the form with their 3mm glasses googles which cost around $3xxx

Please send the form with the proofs letter to the union before the game day.

Coaches should inform referees with players proofs 15mins before the game start.
